Pagos para estudar / Paid to study

Os alunos de três liceus profissionais em Créteil, subúrbios de Paris, vivem o sonho de milhões de estudantes no mundo: são pagos para ir à escola. Desde 5 de Outubro que cada uma das seis turmas recebe 2000€, sendo que se o valor poderá ascender aos 10.000€ no final do ano caso sejam assíduos e melhorem o comportamento. Mas os alunos não chegam a ver o dinheiro: este é utilizado pela escola para o benefício dos estudantes, pagando visitas de estudo, material informático e desportivo, aulas de condução, etc.

Students from three professional colleges in Créteil, in the suburbs of Paris, are living the dream of millions of students in the world: they are being payed to go to school. Since 5th October that each of the six classes receives 2000€, value that can rise to 10.000€ if by the end of the year they have been assiduous and improved their behaviour. But students don't even get to see the money: it is used by the school for the benefit of students, paying for school trips, informatic and sports material, driving lessons, etc
